Men's League & Handicap Match Play

Just a reminder to everyone that Men's League begins on Wednesday, May 25.

You can still visit the Pro Shop to sign up.

As well, sign up is available for both the single and team handicap match play events that run through the summer. Typically, the deadline for Match Play is Monday of the holiday weekend, but this deadline will be extended a week due to this season's unusual weather and the lack of play at the course.

Men's Opening Day Wrap Up

A big thanks to everyone who helped out with an excellent Men's Opening Day. The course may have been sloppy, but the weather cooperated and it was a great day to be playing golf. Convenors Barry Langford and Chris Osadca put on a great day. Thanks to Dan Colfax and Stephen Arthurs who looked after the "Two Dollar Derby".

A big thanks to Chef Kent Phillips, Karen Gilles, Amy Norton and the rest of the Food & Beverage staff - this year's dinner was very well received !

Despite the incredible amount of rain we've witnessed during April and May, Greig Barker and his staff had the golf course very playable given the trying conditions this spring. The rough may be long, but the greens Saturday were perfect.

And of course, thanks as always to Mike Silver and his staff - Rick, Tyler and Danielle who spent their day looking after things on the course. Each successful event is a reminder that Highland's Professional Shop Staff is the best in the business and we're lucky to have them.
