Men's League Format
We've decided to alter the Men's League format for the 2011 Season:
There will still be a weekly team event drawn from participating players each Wednesday.
Instead of a season long event, we've decided to offer a weekly individual quota point competition.
At the beginning of the Men's Night season, all participants will be divided into 3 Flights (A, B & C). Flights will be 'reshuffled' every 5 weeks in order to take into account changes to your handicap - good or bad - during the year.
Each Wednesday night, the high quota point total from each flight will be awarded a prize. This will eliminate nights where gentlemen post a 'career quota total' but are drawn on a poor team. (In the event where a flight winner is also drawn on a winning team, the flight winner will only be paid the higher of the two prizes.)
Men's League is just around the corner - good luck to everyone this season !

Mens Golf Upcoming Events
Masters Pool Night - Wednesday, April 6th: Join our resident ‘Pool Czar’ Dan Colfax and the rest of the Golf Committee in the Lounge on Wednesday evening. Enjoy dinner specials, a few cold beverages and take the time to choose your picks for this year’s Masters Tournament. The Masters Pool is open to all Highland Members.
Rules Information Session – Monday, May 2nd – 6:30 pm: The Men’s and Women’s Golf Committees encourage all players, regardless of age or ability, to join Roy Bratty and ‘Brush Up Your Rules’. It’s a great way to open the season, improve your rules knowledge and have your questions answered. Roy ’s sessions are always informative and enjoyable. Please RSVP to the Pro Shop if you’d like to attend.
Men’s Opening Day – Saturday, May 7th: The first Men’s Event of the year is just around the corner. This is always a great event: a chance to meet some of our newest Highland members and catch up with a few people you haven’t seen since the end of last season.
